Assembly is carried out by trained technicians using Armor selected hardware, with careful attention given to load bearing areas, ramp alignment, and overall structural integrity. A standard quality control process is followed throughout production to ensure reliable performance under heavy use conditions.

Functional Features Focused on Ramp Loading and Control

The defining feature of this flight case is its integrated ramp loading system. Instead of lifting the drum into the case, the ramp allows the bass drum cannon to be rolled or guided smoothly into position. This significantly reduces physical strain and improves control during loading and unloading, particularly given the scale of the instrument.

Foam padding is positioned to support and protect the drum once inside the case, helping prevent movement during transport and absorbing vibration. The internal layout allows generous clearance during loading, reducing the risk of accidental contact with shell edges or hardware.
