This road case is built specifically for the GLP FUSION Stick FS16 Z, a long and heavy RGBW LED batten with sixteen pixel lights and a reputation for being both bright and surprisingly weighty. These fixtures are popular in concert touring and live events, but their length and mass make them awkward to transport without proper support. This case holds four of them securely, giving crews a reliable way to move and protect their gear.

Although tailored to the FS16 Z, the internal layout can also accommodate similar long LED battens from other brands. Paired with 2mm heavy‑duty corner and edge extrusions and Penn Elcom hardware, the case feels solid and dependable from the moment you pick it up.

Every panel, divider, and foam insert is precision‑cut using CNC machinery. This ensures that everything fits together cleanly and consistently, from the accessory compartment to the foam‑lined fixture slots. Once the parts are cut, our experienced assembly team takes over. They follow a standard QC process that checks alignment, hardware installation, foam fit, and overall finish. The process is consistent across our product line, but each case still gets individual attention to ensure it performs the way it should.

Functional Features That Make Touring Life Easier

The top hinged lid opens quickly and gives full access to the interior, making it easy to load and unload four battens without juggling a removable lid. Inside, thick foam lines the compartments and the lid, keeping the fixtures cushioned and stable. The foam also helps speed up the loading process by guiding the battens into place without forcing them into tight spaces.

A dedicated accessory room sits on the right side of the case, offering space for cables, clamps, or anything else that needs to travel with the battens.
