Each case follows a standard quality control process to ensure structural integrity and build consistency without unnecessary variation.

Ramp Access and Handling Focused Design

A key feature of this road case is the integrated loading ramp, which allows the concert xylophone to be rolled into the case rather than lifted. This significantly reduces physical strain on crew members and lowers the risk of accidental damage during loading and unloading.

Foam padding is positioned internally to support the instrument and limit movement during transport, helping absorb vibration and minor impacts. Heavy-duty Armor hardware, reinforced aluminium extrusions, and recessed handles support repeated handling in touring environments. Caster wheels allow smooth movement across stages, rehearsal rooms, and loading docks, while the overall footprint remains truck-friendly and suitable for stacking.
