Armor's camera and lens flight cases are 3D laser scanned to 0.05mm and CNC routed — every camera body, lens barrel, battery, and accessory in its exact position. Zero movement. Zero contact damage.
The foam layout is modelled in SolidWorks from scans or manufacturer CAD files of your actual equipment. 2D drawings are shared for your approval before any cutting begins — ensuring the insert fits your gear correctly the first time, every time. Compatible with ARRI, RED, Sony, Blackmagic Design, and other cinema camera systems.
Drone Flight Cases
Professional cinema drones carry gimbal-stabilised sensors and precision optics that cannot tolerate contact during transport. Armor builds drone flight cases from 3D scans of the specific drone model — individual foam positions for the drone body, folded propeller arms, gimbal assembly, controller, smart batteries, and accessories.
Cases can be configured for folded-arm deployment (drone ready to fly on opening) or disassembled configurations for air freight compliance. Lockable slam latches, reinforced corner protectors, and TSA-compliant lock provisions are standard for airline transport.
