The tray is constructed using 12MM Weather and Boil Proof birch veneer laminated plywood. WBP plywood is manufactured using thin layers of premium hardwood bonded with phenolic resin glue, providing strong resistance to moisture and environmental changes. This ensures long term durability when used in touring, rehearsal, and performance environments.

The interior of the tray is lined with carpet padding to protect mallet heads and handles from abrasion and vibration. The carpet lining helps stabilise stored mallets and reduces movement during transport.

All structural panels are precision cut using CNC machinery to maintain consistent fit and alignment. Assembly is carried out by trained technicians following controlled production standards to ensure reliability and consistent build quality.
