ARMOR AK 98 DIALYSIS MACHINE RAMP LOADING ROAD CASE

$2,006.19

This ramp loading road case is designed to safely transport the AK 98 dialysis machine fluid unit, providing a secure and controlled transport solution for medical, logistics, and equipment service environments. The ramp loading system allows the dialysis machine to be rolled into position rather than lifted, improving safety during handling.

The case includes an internal plywood support structure that stabilises the equipment during movement and transport. Foam protection and reinforced construction help reduce vibration and impact, while truck friendly and stackable dimensions allow efficient storage and transport. Designed for durability and ease of use, this road case supports safe handling of sensitive medical equipment in demanding operational environments.

Designed for Safe Dialysis Machine Transport

This road case is purpose built for transporting the AK 98 dialysis machine fluid unit, a specialised medical device designed to support dialysis treatment procedures. Dialysis machines contain sensitive fluid control components, monitoring systems, and structural elements that require stable positioning during storage and transport. Improper handling can affect calibration accuracy, mechanical stability, and long term equipment reliability.

The internal layout of this case is designed to securely support one dialysis machine using a reinforced plywood support structure that holds the equipment firmly in place. The ramp loading system allows the machine to be guided into position safely rather than lifted manually, reducing handling risk and improving operational efficiency. This loading method is particularly useful for hospitals, equipment service providers, and transport teams working with heavy medical machinery.

Durable Materials and Controlled Manufacturing Standards

The case is constructed using 12MM Weather and Boil Proof birch veneer laminated plywood, selected for its high strength, moisture resistance, and long term durability. WBP plywood is manufactured from multiple layers of premium hardwood bonded with phenolic resin glue, allowing the case to maintain structural stability even when exposed to temperature fluctuations and varying storage environments.

All panels and structural components are precision cut using CNC machinery to ensure consistent alignment and dimensional accuracy. Assembly is completed by trained technicians using Penn Elcom hardware, followed by a standard quality control process that checks hinge operation, ramp alignment, hardware installation, and structural integrity. This controlled manufacturing approach ensures reliable performance across repeated transport cycles.

Functional Features Focused on Ramp Loading and Equipment Protection

The defining feature of this case is its integrated ramp loading system. The ramp allows the dialysis machine to be rolled smoothly into the case, reducing physical strain during loading and lowering the risk of accidental equipment damage. This system improves workflow efficiency, especially when handling heavy medical devices.

The interior plywood support structure stabilises the dialysis machine during transport and helps prevent internal movement. Foam padding is positioned to absorb vibration and minor impact forces, helping preserve equipment calibration and operational reliability.

The case includes large latches, recessed handles, and a hinged lid design that allows controlled access during loading and unloading. Castor dish divots allow multiple cases to be stacked securely for storage and transport. A label dish is integrated into the design to support equipment identification and asset tracking.

What type of transport cases do you guys sell?

We design and manufacture reusable transport protective cases for different applications and industries including touring, events, medical, trade shows, defence, etc. We have been accumulating our standard case designs and most of these are listed on our website with prices available for order.

Currently, we do not stock ready-made cases at Sydney so our standard designs will also come with a lead time. However, we plan to stock some selected products from 2026.

ARMOR currently owns and operates a manufacturing facility located in Auburn, NSW in Australia. Apart from that we have OEM factories in Guangzhou, China for our bulk orders for Australia and international customers. Our Auburn workshop mainly focus on small and urgent domestic orders with less than 5 weeks lead time, while the Guangzhou OEM factories work on non-urgent orders with a lead time of 8-10 weeks, with MOQ of 10 per product and can ship internationally.

Road cases built in both workshops are exactly the same. They are based on the same product designs and specifications including materials and manufacturing processes. Both locations are equipped with high precision machineries including CNC routers operated by experienced staff.

Our Sydney workshop can respond to urgent orders and lead time can be 1 to 5 weeks depending on case design process and current workload at the workshop.

Manufacturing lead time from China location is usually 4 weeks. On top of that there will be shipping lead time depending on customer locations. For example, shipping from China to Australia by sea, typically takes another 4 weeks.
