This road case is built for transporting ten LED frames, each measuring 800×800×50mm. These frames are large, heavy, and surprisingly fragile despite their rugged appearance. They’re used everywhere from touring shows to outdoor advertising and temporary exhibitions, and they need proper protection when they’re on the move. This case gives them a secure home, keeping them upright, separated, and cushioned during transport.

Although designed around this specific LED frame size, the internal layout can also accommodate similar frames from other brands. As long as the dimensions are close, the removable dividers make it easy to adjust the spacing. It’s a flexible setup that works well for mixed inventories or rental fleets.

Durable Materials and a Manufacturing Process Built on Precision

The case is constructed from 12mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood, chosen for its ability to handle temperature swings, humidity changes, and the general wear that comes with touring. The birch veneers are bonded with phenolic resin glue, giving the panels strength and stability without unnecessary weight. Paired with 2mm heavy‑duty corner and edge extrusions and a mixture of Penn Elcom and Armor hardware, the case feels solid and dependable from the moment you pick it up.

Every panel, divider, and foam insert is precision‑cut using CNC machinery. This ensures that everything fits together cleanly and consistently, from the removable lid to the EVA‑lined slots. Once the parts are cut, our experienced assembly team takes over. They follow a standard QC process that checks alignment, hardware installation, foam fit, and overall finish. The process is consistent across our product line, but each case still gets individual attention to ensure it performs the way it should.

Functional Features That Make Transporting LED Frames Easier

The removable top lid is one of the most practical features of this case. Instead of lifting frames over a fixed edge or wrestling with a hinged lid, you simply lift the top off and load the frames straight down into their slots. It’s a simple design choice that saves time and reduces the risk of accidental bumps.

Inside, EVA‑lined dividers create ten individual slots. The dividers are removable, so you can adjust the layout if your equipment changes. Thick EVA foam surrounds the frames on all sides, helping absorb vibration and prevent scratches or pressure points. The compact footprint of the case makes it easier to maneuver in tight spaces, and the low‑profile design keeps the center of gravity down, which helps when rolling across uneven surfaces or up ramps.

Mobility is handled by solid wheels and well‑placed recessed handles, making the case surprisingly easy to move despite its capacity.
