Built for the TourPro Corona LED Luminaire
When you are working with the TourPro Corona, you already know it is a compact round and flat vintage or retro style LED luminaire that looks great on stage but is not exactly convenient to carry around in multiples. Once you have more than one unit, things get awkward fast. Cables tangle, brackets bump into each other, and before you know it, load out takes longer than the show itself.
This TourPro Corona LED Luminaire road case is designed to hold four fixtures securely in one dedicated transport solution. It is made specifically around the shape and bracket configuration of the Corona model. Similar compact par light fixtures from other brands may share a close design, and in some cases they can fit as well, though slight interior adjustments may be required for a perfect match. For concert touring, live events, stage lighting setups and TV applications, having a proper road case for par lights is less of a luxury and more of a necessity.
Manufactured with Precision and Consistency
The exterior panels are built from 9mm WBP birch veneer laminated plywood, selected for strength and resistance to changing weather conditions. Touring equipment does not always enjoy climate control, so it helps when the case can handle fluctuations in temperature and moisture without complaining. The panels are bonded using phenolic resin glue, contributing to long term structural reliability.
All main external hardware and extrusions are heavy duty, including 2mm corner and edge extrusions and trusted Penn Elcom hardware. Recessed handles, secure butterfly latches, reinforced ball corners and durable casters are integrated into the design to withstand frequent loading, unloading and stacking in trucks.
Behind the scenes, every panel is precision cut using CNC machines to ensure consistent dimensions across each production batch. This allows the internal compartments to align accurately and keeps the case square and stable. After cutting, the components are assembled by trained and experienced workers who understand how touring cases are actually used in the field. Each unit follows a standard quality control process, from hardware installation checks to final structural inspection, so what arrives at your warehouse is ready to go straight into rotation.
Functional Design That Works on Show Day
Functionality is where this hinged top lid road case really earns its keep. The lid opens upward on a hinge, allowing quick and direct access to all four fixtures. There is no need to fully remove the lid and find a place to lean it during setup. In tight backstage areas, that small detail can make a noticeable difference.
Inside the case, four plywood dividers create individual compartments for each TourPro Corona LED luminaire. These dividers prevent fixtures from shifting into one another during transport. Thick EVA foam lines the inner walls and the underside of the lid, cushioning the equipment from impact. EVA bars are positioned under the fixtures to help isolate vibration and reduce the shaking that naturally occurs in trucks and trailers.
A dedicated accessory pocket with a width of 102mm is integrated into the interior layout. This space is ideal for storing brackets, clamps, cables or small accessories that would otherwise float around separately. Keeping everything in one indoor light road case simplifies inventory checks and reduces the chance of leaving essential parts behind.
The case measures 1390.00mm wide, 595.40mm deep and 853.35mm high, with a net weight of 63.55kg. While solidly built, it remains manageable thanks to well positioned recessed handles and smooth rolling wheels. The dimensions are truck friendly and the structure is stackable, making it easier to optimize space during transport. Whether you are loading into a touring truck or a local event van, the footprint is designed with real world logistics in mind.
For lighting professionals who handle multiple par light fixtures, this road case for par lights offers an organized, protective and efficient way to move gear between venues. It keeps four TourPro Corona LED luminaires secured, accessible and ready for the next cue. And when the lights are off and the audience has gone home, at least packing up will be one of the easier parts of the night.

Where are your cases built?
ARMOR currently owns and operates a manufacturing facility located in Auburn, NSW in Australia. Apart from that we have OEM factories in Guangzhou, China for our bulk orders for Australia and international customers. Our Auburn workshop mainly focus on small and urgent domestic orders with less than 5 weeks lead time, while the Guangzhou OEM factories work on non-urgent orders with a lead time of 8-10 weeks, with MOQ of 10 per product and can ship internationally.
Are there any differences in build quality between the 2 locations?
Road cases built in both workshops are exactly the same. They are based on the same product designs and specifications including materials and manufacturing processes. Both locations are equipped with high precision machineries including CNC routers operated by experienced staff.
How long will delivery take?
Our Sydney workshop can respond to urgent orders and lead time can be 1 to 5 weeks depending on case design process and current workload at the workshop.
Manufacturing lead time from China location is usually 4 weeks. On top of that there will be shipping lead time depending on customer locations. For example, shipping from China to Australia by sea, typically takes another 4 weeks.
